Birdtail Country Museum

Originally established in1983 the Birdtail Country Museum now consists of two buildings situated side by side on main street in Birtle, Manitoba. The main building, a former Union Bank, is arranged as a bank manager's residence from the 1900's. The museum houses approximately 5000 artifacts of every kind which are well displayed throughout both buildings. Included is a huge variety of house hold items as well as military, archaeologicaland aboriginal artifacts.
