Island Park and Crescent Lake
This scenic park is home to Splash Island, our outdoor water park, a playground area, bandshell, arboretum, deer and waterfowl sanctuary, tennis courts, picnic sites, horse racing track, strawberry farms and an 18-hole golf course. The newly constructed recreation multiplex, the PCU Centre, is the ideal place for recreation, sport and gatherings. The Crescent Lake community walking path has many historical signs that give reference to sites of the past and current heritage properties along the lake. In the winter enjoy an ice rink, a toboggan slide and national award winning Island of Lights.
