Customer Assurance Plan

To ensure that Manitoba's tourism sector is able to remain competitive with other national and international destinations, Travel Manitoba, in consultation with the tourism industry, has developed a Customer Assurance Plan (CAP).

The plan introduces the minimum standards that must be met by tourism businesses and organizations wishing to participate in Travel Manitoba promotional programs, starting in 2009. View the complete Customer Assurance Plan.
