Second Chance Car Museum - established in Treherne in 2019. This museum is 25,000 square feet and is capable of holding 100 cars and is currently at capacity. The cars currently being stored range from years 1918 to 2018. This hidden gem is every car enthusiasts dream.

Treherne Museum - 5 building boasting thousands of interesting artifacts and it holds one of Canada's largest gun collections with rifles dating back to as early as the 1700's.

The Happy Plate - The Happy Plate is located in Rathwell at the junction of Highways #2 and # 244 and is a small town cafe that is a hot spot for locals to gather. They are known for their amazing breakfast, pizzas and homemade pies.

Bittersweet Cross Country Ski Trails - The Bittersweet trails are operated and maintained by the Bittersweet Cross Country Ski Club. Situated in the Assiniboine River valley, they are a short 1½ hour drive from Winnipeg, 50 km SW of Portage la Prairie on highway 242 between highways 1 & 2, just north of the Assiniboine River bridge at the top of the hill. The 21K of classic trails and 12K of skate trails are in a hilly wooded area. They are continuously groomed and offer an experience for all levels of skiers, from beginner to expert
