Provincial Parks

Diverse landscapes and endless adventures.

Manitoba’s spectacular wilderness is protected with 92 provincial parks, 15 provincial forests and millions more acres of wildlife management areas. Provincial parks highlight the range of landscapes and offer access to outdoor adventures like camping, hiking and fishing in the summer and cross-country skiing, ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter.

Get in touch with your wild side in Manitoba’s provincial parks

Whether its purpose is to protect the wilderness or to provide options for recreation, Manitoba’s provincial parks offer year-round ways to connect with nature.

Learn about the plants and animals that live in parks at interpretive centres or along self-guided interpretive trails. Discover the history of people who lived on these lands. Take a moment to embrace the beauty of Manitoba’s lakes, forests, wetlands and beaches.
